Shipping and returns

 Shipping Information:

All our goods are shipped with tracking and a signature is required on receipt.

Shipping Costs are calculable on the Checkout Page and the 'What's in my Cart' page.

Please advise any special delivery instructions on the Checkout Page or View Cart Page.

All orders are sent out on the first business day after receipt of order. If you have not received an order within 4 business days (9 if per below), please contact us.

For further away places ie. Perth, Darwin and outback please allow up to 9 business days. Although we send the fastest ways possible, even those can be a little slow depending on actual destination.

International orders are welcome and shipping is sent airfreight with details as above.

Refund and Returns:

Faulty items will be refunded if DivaEmporium is advised within 3 days of purchase and product returned within 7 days.

Every care is taken to check each piece before sending. Due to variations that can occur between digital photography and your computer monitor settings, some colour variations can occur. Your complete satisfaction is our first priority so communication is key.

Your satisfaction is of primary importance to DivaEmporium. If any of our products cause you dissatisfaction you can return the item for a full refund, less delivery charges.

Due to health laws, DivaEmporium cannot accept returns on earrings or hair accessories unless they are faulty.

Returns Process:
To return a faulty item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:
• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Goods:
On the extremely rare occasion that a supplied item is damaged or defective, or the wrong item, you will not be charged for return of or redelivery. If we are unable to replace the item we will provide a refund for both the item and delivery fee.


Customer Service Policy:
Should a product run out of stock, the selection box will show 'out of stock' and you will be unable to order.

Should you particularly want the item please email us and we will advise within 24 hours if and when the item will return to stock.

Should there be a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be advised by email within 24 hours of your order being placed.
